Reduzindo a altura da linha separadora multicol

Question

Estou modificando uma tabela usando multicole rulepara poder ter células de tamanhos dinâmicos e preenchê-las usando uma macro em vez de manualmente.

Funciona principalmente, mas gostaria de reduzir a altura da linha entre as colunas. Veja um exemplo de como estou construindo isso e uma imagem de como fica o resultado do documento completo.

Aqui está uma solução com tikz.

Criei a macro \mypagerulecom dois argumentos que representam, respectivamente, a distância (em cm) do topo e do fundo da página.

Você tem que configurá-lo para cada página, mas pela imagem que você postou, acho que você tem apenas uma página.

Aqui está uma solução deselegante, aguardando uma solução melhor. Simplesmente aumenta os \rules que definem cada célula. A parte comentada é uma possível pista para uma solução melhor... mas não consigo resolver isso.
