O estilo do título do índice é diferente

Eu tenho um documento como este (MWE):

E o cabeçalho do índice é diferente dos outros.

Está claro para mim que de alguma forma posso usar idxlayout(talvez meu próprio arquivo de estilo). Mas sempre falhei quando tentei.

Conforme declarado na seção 2.3 da idxlayoutdocumentação, o indexpacote deve ser carregado antes do idxlayout. Com a ordem de carregamento correta, o título do índice será formatado como outros títulos de seccionamento de nível superior (sem numeração) (em seu MWE: capítulos).
