Preciso sobrepor um gráfico de linhas sobre um gráfico de barras agrupadas empilhadas (semelhante à resposta à pergunta:Rótulos de dois níveis no gráfico de barras).
Tenho que sobrepor um gráfico de linhas para cada grupo (ele quebra no limite do grupo). Por exemplo: O gráfico da primeira linha conecta S1, S2, S3; O segundo conecta S4, S5, S6; e o último conecta S7, S8, S9, S10.

Consegui sobrepor um gráfico de linhas em um gráfico de barras empilhadas. Mas preciso de um gráfico de linhas não contínuas.
Atualmente os pontos (S3,S4), (S6,S7) também estão conectados, o que não quero no meu gráfico. Como posso gerar um gráfico como esse?

Inicialmente pensei que isso poderia ser feito com um único \addplotcomando, sem modificações na tabela de dados; aparentemente este não é o caso (verComo interromper uma trama?).
No entanto, você pode dividir o gráfico em três e restringir domínios usando restrict x to domain, conforme sugerido poralfCema resposta delepara a pergunta vinculada:
