Se eu remover o tex4htpacote, ou o bmpsizepacote, tudo funcionará bem. (Bem, funciona bem se houver um arquivo .png com o nome correto disponível. Mas você receberá esse erro mesmo se não houver.)

Parece que ambos tex4httentam bmpsizeredefinir \includegraphicse essas redefinições se chocam. Existem duas opções:
- crie o arquivo de configuração tex4ht para
bmpsizeo pacote e resolva conflitos aqui - edite seu documento para não incluir
bmpsizecomtex4ht
a opção 2 é muito mais fácil de fazer, a opção 1 exigiria alguém com conhecimento de graphicxe bmpsizepacotes tex4ht. se você incluir apenas pngimagens suportadas por tex4ht, não acho que você precise bmpsizedo pacote:
