Tenho usado o matlab2tikz no ano passado no Mac e funcionou perfeitamente. Agora estou usando no Ubuntu e encontro alguns problemas. Para sua informação, instalei o texlive-full que inclui o pgf 2.1 e no meu preâmbulo adicionei \usepackage{tikz} e \usepackage{pgfplots}. Quando compilo meu documento latex (classe beamer) no KILE recebo a seguinte mensagem de erro:

Ele mostra o sistema de coordenadas e a legenda, mas não plota nenhum dado. Acabei de descobrir que ele plota algo quando forneço os dados como coordenadas e não como uma tabela. Pode haver um problema geral com a tabela no tikz no linux ou estou faltando alguma coisa. Caso contrário, eu teria que converter todo o arquivo tikz que matlab2tikz me fornece em uma lista de coordenadas.
