Precisa aumentar o tamanho da seta e o tamanho do texto

Com o código, consigo gerar a figura a seguir.

Não sei como aumentar o tamanho da seta e o tamanho do texto.

Quero manter o mesmo tamanho da figura. Apenas o tamanho da seta e do texto precisam ser aumentados para um tamanho que pareça limpo e fácil de ler.

Use \usetikzlibrary{arrows.meta}(em vez de arrows) e coloque isso como a opção paratikzpicture

\begin{tikzpicture}[> = {Latex[scale=2.5]},font=\fontsize{40}{48}\selectfont]

Altere o tamanho da fonte e scalecomo desejar. Mas certifique-se de que a fonte seja escalável, é melhor usar \usepackage{lmodern}.
