desenhar uma imagem com coordenada absoluta no beamer

Às vezes eu quero fazer um desenho com coordenadas absolutas beamer. mas o exemplo abaixo parece ter algum deslocamento ao desenhar um círculo. Como posso desenhar uma imagem em uma coordenada absoluta?
