Como carregar ticks extras do arquivo CSV

Question

Eu tenho o seguinte documento, onde extra x tickssão definidos manualmente. No entanto, quero que os ticks sejam gerados a partir do arquivo CSV onde a segunda coluna é 1 porque os conjuntos de dados reais são muito maiores que este exemplo. Eu tentei algo com from tablemas não consegui funcionar. É possível de alguma forma? Alternativamente, um marcador na posição correta nos dados seria uma solução aceitável.
