Como aumentar o espaço entre a borda inferior de uma figura em caixa e sua legenda?

Estou tentando gerar um espaço (6pt) entre a figura em caixa e sua legenda. Como estou usando o código tikz, \includegraphics não funcionou. Também tentei \setlength{\abovecaptionskip}{6pt},. \captionsetup[figure]{skip=6pt}No entanto, eles não funcionaram. Como lidar com esse problema?

O floatrowpacote e o captionpacote desempenham funções um com o outro. O floatrowpacote pode até ter comando sobre o captionpacote, por isso definir any \abovecaptionskipby captionnão terá efeito. Porém, podemos passar a captionskip=<length>opção para o \floatsetuppara o floatrow. Será necessário apenas captiondefinir o tamanho da fonte das legendas. Limpei o código removendo pacotes extras/duplicados e usei um único \floatsetupincluindo as configurações necessárias.
