Pacote `tcolorbox` dentro de `titlesec`

Question

Pode não ser uma ideia muito boa, mas estou tentando usar tcolorbox para formatação titlesec da seguinte forma:

O resultado é:

Como devo alterar o código para colocar a caixa logo abaixo Chapter 1, ou seja, fazer com que ela ocupe a posição ocupada pelo Autor e Tradutor sem tcolorbox(pode remover tcolorbox para ver isso)?

tcolorboxas caixas têm espaçamentos verticais acima e abaixo da caixa. Isso pode ser desligado usando nobeforeaftera opção.

O espaço adicional após a caixa é devido a \titleformatetc. Use \titlespacingpara definir o espaçamento vertical após o título do capítulo para, digamos, \baselineskip -- este é o último parâmetro de \titlespacing.

Além disso, coloquei um comando na caixa para facilitar a manutenção de adições/alterações.
