Problema com mesa lateral

Eu tenho essas tabelas laterais, mas o texto não quebra corretamente dentro das células, aqui está o meu código

E eu entendo isso A largura está boa porque eu a defino em múltiplas linhas, mas por que a altura não muda? Saúde

Eu suspeito que você gostaria de ter a seguinte aparência de mesa:

O problema é que a altura do texto em células com várias linhas é maior do que a correspondente das linhas, que se estendem por multirow. Como uma solução (rude) é aumentar uma desta linha. Com a suposição de que multirowas células terão no máximo 4 linhas de texto, defino dois novos comandos (para configuração conveniente da tabela):

• \newcommand\mch[1]{\multicolumn{4}{@{\rule[-1.2em]{0pt}{3.2em}}|c|}{#1}}, que é usado para a linha superior superior para a quantidade de texto de 4 linhas na multirowcélula (veja o código completo) e

• \newcommand\mrh[2][0ex]{\multirow{2}*[#1]{\begin{minipage}{\hsize}#2\end{minipage}}}, que permitem o ajuste manual do texto no multirowambiente
