Como posso escolher uma coluna do arquivo dat para plotar no pgfplot?

Eu tenho um arquivo dat (saída do Matlab) e ele tem quatro colunas. Como posso escolher minha coluna desejada para plotar em pgfplots.

Você pode especificar o índice da coluna para cada coordenada usando as teclas x indexou y index, como em \addplot file [x index=0, y index=1] {Fre.dat};. 0 é o índice da primeira coluna, conforme explicado nopgfplotsmanualseção 4.3.2.
