- não consigo colocar o texto no centro da caixa
- não pode
\flushleft
o título da tabela - não posso
itemize
na mesa

tipo de coluna que tem como argumento a largura da coluna.
Usei uma tabularx
tabela para fornecer o restante da largura disponível para a Description
coluna, usando X
columntype.
Ambos p
permitem X
o agrupamento de linhas mais longas, bem como a enumeração ou a especificação de ambientes.
Omiti as linhas verticais propositalmente, pois elas não melhoram a legibilidade.

pacote (ou tabularx
sugerido pelo Christian, dependendo do tipo de colunas da tabela você pode querer uma ou outra)
não é possível \flushleft o título da tabela
\captionsetup{justification=raggedright, singlelinecheck=off}
não consigo discriminar na tabela
Use um \parbox
. É essencialmente o mesmo que usar uma p
coluna, mas você também pode usá-lo em outros tipos de coluna.
