Eu gostaria de recomendar que você se livrasse do desnecessário (e de aparência quase vulgar)audaciosoeitáliconas células do cabeçalho. Com um cabeçalho bem estruturado, o uso de negrito e itálico não deve ser necessário. Separadamente, para garantir que a tabela ocupe automaticamente toda a largura da coluna, você pode querer usar um tabular*ambiente em vez do tabularambiente.
