Parágrafos sem recuo no item enumerado

Por alguma razão, meus parágrafos não estão sendo recuados automaticamente. Meu arquivo está assim:

Como posso fazer com que os parágrafos sejam recuados \item?

Isso é definido por padrão porque existe um valor diferente de zero \parsep. Não é recomendado, tipograficamente falando, ter os dois. Você pode facilmente mudar isso com o enumitempacote:
