Erro xcolor do pacote: cor indefinida `gray45'. erro ao usar lstlistings em LaTeX

Não sei onde realmente surge o seu problema.

Você não deve carregar o color-package três vezes (duas vezes como color, uma vez como xcolor). Eu removi dois deles. Além disso, você MWE não tem um \documentclasse \begin{document}.... \end{document}Eu os adicionei e está tudo bem para mim.

Foi solucionado o erro ao definir uma cor chamada 'gray45', assim:

\definecolor{gray45}{rgb}{0.2, 0.5, 0.478}

Parece que ao inserir um caractere # em uma caixa de listagem, ele amarra para compilá-lo como uma cor, quando não é. Mas, como falei, definindo a cor o erro foi solucionado.
