Problema com o índice, incluindo seções/subseções

Question

\maketitlefrom llncsclass adiciona o título e os nomes dos autores ToCautomaticamente.

Isso pode ser evitado por uma redefinição de \maketitle(que é muito longo aqui) ou por um patch:

O código remove \addcontentsline... etc do \maketitlecomando.

O \makeatletter...\makeatotherpar é essencial aqui, caso contrário o patch falharia.

Além disso, o “modelo” não está muito bem concebido, como acontece frequentemente com os “modelos”.
