Ou seja, como na fonte a seguir, que rótulo poderia ser criado onde e como, para que o \cref{WHAT}mostrado no Prefácio apontasse para a Bibliografia? (Portanto, clicar nesse link levaria a pessoa à primeira página da bibliografia.)

\nameref{WHAT}parece ser uma variante melhor do que \cref{WHAT}, o último requer um rótulo para um contador (bem, \namerefprecisa disso também, mas é mais fácil falsificar o rótulo com um wrapper, digamos, \biblabelque será usado \labelinternamente e adicionará automaticamente o hiperlink ao bibliografia.
