Você pode adicionar um \clearpagelogo após o sidewaystable. É claro que isso causa uma quebra de página muito ruim antes da tabela.

Abaixo também editei um pouco a tabela, usando as regras do booktabspacote, e adicionei uma célula vazia no início das duas primeiras linhas do cabeçalho, para que você não tenha a primeira Scenarioe PLR modelabranja a Ncoluna também.
