Editar: Talvez seja importante: tenho muitas referências, então importei-as do citavi. E também consegui criar um arquivo com makebst com autores e ano em negrito, mas não com a segunda menção de todos os autores. Edit2: Aqui está o meu arquivo que criei com makebst para conseguir isso:
