subfig - Problemas com referência a tabela dentro do ambiente de figura

Question

Eu tenho duas figuras e uma tabela que quero que sejam "agrupadas" assim:

Isso é quase perfeitamente o que eu quero, mas há 2 problemas:

1. Como podemos ver, o título dá o índice correto da figura, mas para a tabela me dá o índice-1 e não tenho ideia do porquê...
2. Quando tento referenciar a tabela, não obtenho o seu número, em vez disso obtenho o índice da figura inteira e o "índice interno" (a letra "c").

Você sabe como devo corrigir esses erros?

O tablecontador não é incrementado automaticamente pelo figureambiente.

Na tabela subfloatvocê deve especificar

\refstepcounter{table}para que funcione. Sugiro que seja a primeira instrução.
