Sou muito novo no lateX e nunca tive problemas reais com artigos, MAS este currículo está me matando: ao compilar ele mostra tudo perfeitamente bem, EXCETO por duas quebras de página que não fazem absolutamente nenhum sentido:
O primeiro à direita entre a seção "escola" e a seção "experiência profissional". Isso é particularmente feio, pois deixa 3/4 da página em branco.
A segunda quebra de página ocorre após o 6º local de trabalho e define o 7º local de trabalho na próxima página, o que deixa metade da página vazia.
O que há com isso? O que eu fiz errado? (tentei \let\clearpage\relaxsem sucesso).

Você tem duas quebras de página forçadas (a \clearpagee a \newpage) e forçou o tamanho da página para cerca de metade da página física, isso combinado com o fato de tabularnão quebrar então se não couber na tabela inteira tem que ir para a próxima página .
No entanto, seu código estava produzindo erros por uso indevido \\e avisos. Se eu corrigi-los e excluir as referências a fontes e imagens que não tenho, recebo

Entre o local de trabalho 6 e o local de trabalho 7, você finaliza o tabular, emite um \newpagee inicia outro tabular. Acho que isso explica a segunda pausa.
