O cabeçalho e o rodapé do Fancyhdr desaparecem

Assim como diz no título, meu cabeçalho e rodapé desaparecem aleatoriamente após minha segunda página numerada.

Este é o meu preâmbulo:

Os comandos que emiti para iniciar o cabeçalho e rodapé são os seguintes:

E está tudo bem por duas páginas inteiras. E então, de repente, o cabeçalho e o rodapé desaparecem na minha sexta página real, mas na terceira página numerada.

Lamento muito se isso já foi respondido antes, procurei por uma hora e não consegui encontrar o que procurava. Também sou um iniciante em Latex e agradeceria qualquer ajuda.

Aqui estão dois códigos simples possíveis:

  • Ou você usa o {spacing}{1.5}ambiente, e tem que colocar o último \newpagecomando logo antes \end{spacing}, e repetir \pagestyle{fancy}logo depois,
  • Ou você usa o \onehalfspacingcomando e substitui \end{spacing}por \singlespacing.

Eu resolvi meu problema. O problema é que o cabeçalho e o rodapé terminavam logo após o término da seção de espaçamento, então fiz alguns ajustes manuais e agora funciona. Aqui está o código mínimo:
