\toprule em duas minipáginas?

Question

Tenho duas tabelas lado a lado, em uma minipágina cada. Minha pergunta é: como usar \toprulee \bottomruleabranger toda a largura do tableambiente (em vez de abranger apenas o atual tabular)? Por "largura total" não quero dizer literalmente ter comprimento igual a \textwidth, mas ser inteligente sobre isso \toprule.
