Eu quero usar box-cutter/debian77, mas quando tento

vagrant box add box-cutter/debian77 https://atlas.hashicorp.com/box-cutter/debian77

eu recebo

o que está errado? Instalei todos os arquivadores (unar, bsdtar, bzip2,...)

Ou onde posso baixar a imagem manualmente?

Eu uso o Vagrant 1.4.3 no Ubuntu 14.10. o mesmo comando funciona em um amigo usando arch e no debian wheezy também

Acho que o URL que você está fornecendo é de uma página da web, não de um tarball. Você só precisa fazer isso:

vagrant box add box-cutter/debian77

Você precisa instalar uma versão mais recente do Vagrant.

Eu tentei o vagrant 1.6.5 e funciona.
