Mostrar botões de hiperlink somente ao pressionar uma tecla

Question

Tenho uma apresentação beamer, na qual existem alguns hiperlinks em cada slide. Isso permite pular para diferentes seções do PDF.

Às vezes, esses botões interferem no texto, nas fórmulas e nas figuras do slide. Existe uma maneira de torná-los visíveis apenas ao pressionar uma tecla?

Esta é uma solução baseada em OCG (ou seja, PDF Layers) que funciona no Acrobat Reader.

Em vez de pressionar uma tecla, a visibilidade dos controles de navegação é alternada aproximando o pé deslizante com o ponteiro do mouse:
