Formatando bash com listagens

Question

Estou escrevendo uma documentação em LaTeX sobre Linux Bash resp. Script de shell. E estou tendo alguns problemas:

• Como posso iniciar uma formatação no início de uma linha?
• Como posso formatar entre dois sinais, mas somente se ambos estiverem na mesma linha (como: <>)?
• Como posso formatar de menos para espaçoouo final da linha (não para a próxima linha)?
