Gostaria que o biblatex imprimisse apenas o título da entrada relacionada na bibliografia. Usando o seguinte MWE:

Você pode criar um novo tipo relacionado.

• Adicione relatedtype={englishtitle}à sua entrada
• Você poderia removê-lo relatedstringe colocá-lo em nossa nova related:englishtitlemacro

• Faça uma related:englishtitlemacro parecida com:

    \entrydata{#1}{%
      \printtext{English title}%
      \setunit{\addspace}%
