Contanto que você use um bloco de página de tamanho razoável, a tabela e sua legenda deverão caber facilmente no bloco de texto disponível. (Se decidir que pode dispensar alguns dos regressores, os coeficientes das quatro dummies de região seriam um ponto de partida óbvio.)

Como você não usa nenhuma \tnotediretiva, usar o threeparttablepacote e seu tablenotesambiente parece um exagero.

Faça um esforço, porém, para tornar o conteúdo da tabela mais legível. Eu começaria alinhando os números nas cinco colunas de dados em seus respectivos marcadores decimais.
