Erro ao obter uma URL no meu arquivo .bib usando Texworks

Ao tentar colocar meu arquivo .bib em meu .tex, recebo esta mensagem de erro.

You're missing a field part---line 52 of file Bib.bib
 :  howpublished =

I'm skipping whatever remains of this entry

No meu arquivo .tex inicio minha bibliografia da seguinte forma:

\bibliographystyle{plainnat}
\bibliography{Bib}

Meu arquivo .bib para este URL com a mensagem de erro é o seguinte:

O problema é o delimitador do howpublishedcampo.

Os separadores válidos para arquivos bibtex são aspas duplas ( " ") e chaves ( { }).

O arquivo que você postou está usando um par de aspas simples ( '' '') e isso está quebrando o bibtex.

Altere sua entrada para:

@misc{10,
author = "Anupam Gupta",
title = "Linear Programming Duality",
howpublished = "\url{https://www.cs.cmu.edu/afs/cs.cmu.edu/academic/class/15859-f11/www/notes/lecture05.pdf}"
}

ou

@misc{10,
author = "Anupam Gupta",
title = "Linear Programming Duality",
howpublished = {\url{https://www.cs.cmu.edu/afs/cs.cmu.edu/academic/class/15859-f11/www/notes/lecture05.pdf}}
}

e vai funcionar.

(certifique-se de excluir os arquivos .aux e .bbl para forçar o texmaker a executar o bibtex novamente :)
