Como usar a grade baposter?

Criei um pôster com baposterum fundo lindo que quero mostrar mais. Algumas colunas não têm texto suficiente para ir até a parte inferior do pôster, então quero mover a coluna completa para baixo para deixar algum espaço no meio do pôster para que se possa ver o fundo mais claro. Para isso suponho que usar a grade possa ajudar, mas não encontrei nenhum lugar que mostre como usá-la. Aqui está um exemplo de como fica: Quero mover o segundo cabeçalho para baixo.

Então o que eu quero é criar algum espaço entre as duas caixas de cabeçalho, em vez de escrever below=intro, para deixar algum espaço em branco.
