Como alinhar à esquerda o texto mostrado na figura a seguir?

Estou preso no meio e preciso alinhar o texto à esquerdaSuraj Prakash Sharma,E-mail,GitHub,LinkedIn.

Veja a figura a seguir, você pode ver o espaço que marquei com uma caixa vermelha. Quero remover esse espaço para que no documento o texto fique alinhado à esquerda.

No entanto, é melhor usar exatamente tabularcomo no segundo MWE abaixo, que produz:

Você pode aumentar \arraystretchse quiser mais espaço entre as linhas.
