Editando para que o código seja compilável - estou listando todos os pacotes, para verificar se há conflitos (mas não acho que deva haver nenhum), e também estou deixando de fora as referências para que você possa compilar sem meu arquivo .bib, o que não deve impactar nada. Comentei o fontspec porque ele está lá, mas ocorreu um erro com as fontes especificadas e é improvável que você tenha as minhas ou elas podem ser salvas como algo diferente.
Eu tentei várias soluções, sem sorte. É uma tabela muito simples (embora eu tenha outras mais complicadas em outros lugares - já fiz as coisas funcionarem antes, mas parece que excluí o documento para outra tarefa).

tabularyrequer uma coluna LC ou R para fazer algo útil, las colunas são sempre de linha única e você também não pode ter uma \marginpardentro de uma tabela.
