Quero colocar o título maior, sem perder o alinhamento do parágrafo da dedicatória

Você pode usarescopo(usando {... }ou \begingroup... \endgroup) para limitar o efeito de \raggedleft, ou você pode usar \justifyingfromragged2epara restaurar a aparência justificada de um parágrafo após algo como \raggedleftou \centering:
