Conectando partes de texto

Question

Atualmente estou tentando conectar partes de texto para descrever algo como permissões de arquivo Unix ou a saída de um

ls -al

Mas não tenho ideia de como posso criar algo assim:

Estava pensando em usar \patho or \nodefrom TikZ

Mas não consegui que funcionasse.

Basicamente, roubei a resposta do JouleV e a revisei para usar o posicionamento relativo e compactar os nós mais próximos. Especificamente, a lacuna entre o texto de dois nós adjacentes é 2 vezes inner sep. Infelizmente, inner septambém é adicionado às linhas abaixo do texto, então tive que reduzir inner xsepe aumentar a separação usando [right=4pt].

Aliás, o padrão inner sepé 0,333em.
