Não consigo obter a cor do gradiente para a cor do cabeçalho usando Xbaposter
, quando compilo com Xelatex, dá apenas cor simples, o problema em duas linhas headerColorOne=black,
e headerColorTwo=lightblue,
com a definição da cor \definecolor{lightblue}{rgb}{0.145,0.6666,1}
. o arquivo .cls pode ser baixado emCTAN. As 3 linhas estão marcadas com problema no MWE:

Desde a versão 3.1.3, tikz
agora suporta sombreamentos CMYK, portanto não é mais necessário carregar arquivos pgf-cmykshadings
. (O bug ainda não foi corrigido.)
Há um conflito entre o pgfpages
pacote (carregado por [xe]baposter
), o pgfsys-dvipdfmx
driver (usado por xelatex
) e os sombreamentos. Não sei exatamente o que está acontecendo, mas o resultado líquido é que os sombreamentos não funcionam com o xelatex
. Enviei um relatório de bug emhttps://github.com/pgf-tikz/pgf/issues/520.
De qualquer forma, funciona se especificarmos que queremos o pgfsys-dvipdfm
driver, embora isso possa ter outros efeitos colaterais.
Também na configuração do seu pôster você headershade=plain
desativa completamente o sombreamento no cabeçalho. Então você deseja remover esta opção.
E como mencionado nos comentários, se você for usar sombreamentos, (xe)baposter
é recomendável usar o pgf-cmykshadings
pacote para não obter incompatibilidades inesperadas de cores. No seu exemplo específico, isso não acontecerá, mas sempre há potencial. Isso ocorre porque todas as cores sólidas serão impressas em CMYK, mas todos os gradientes serão produzidos em RGB. Isso acontece independentemente de como você define as cores no documento. Se você usar uma cor em seu gradiente que também usa em outros lugares como cor sólida, elas parecerão diferentes. Diante disso, redefini sua lightblue
cor em CMYK para que pareça aproximadamente igual à sua definição RGB na tela.
Todas essas coisas podem ser feitas colocando isso antes de \documentclass
