Como fazer uma única página de título sem o texto principal

Eu tenho o seguinte arquivo fonte:

Se eu executar o texto fonte em Latex, obtenho apenas os capítulos com os textos. No entanto, quero ter o oposto. Quero apenas o título, o título abreviado, o autor, a afiliação e o resumo sem o texto principal.

Como devo fazer isso?
