Como fazer partes e seções do lado direito do documento?

Estou escrevendo um documento em hebraico na scrartclaula (script KOMA) e as partes e seções ficam no lado esquerdo quando escrevo em inglês:

Como posso movê-lo para a direita? (como em scrbook- aí está perfeito!)

No scrbook o mesmo aconteceria também. Você está colocando um ambiente em inglês em torno de sua \section e isso o move para a esquerda conforme desejado com este idioma.

Não é culpa do KOMA-Script nem do LaTeX se um usuário ou o LyX produzirem código estranho.

BTW: Não é verdade, isso scrbookfaz um alinhamento diferente dos títulos:

(Aqui eu apenas mudei scrartclpara scrbooke adicionei a opção onesidee mudei \partpara \chapter.)

Portanto, não há diferença se você usa scrbookou scrartcl.
