Como centralizar uma coluna já centralizada no preâmbulo tabular?

Question

Estou fazendo uma tabela com 6 colunas com 2 linhas de títulos. Existem 3 títulos principais e 6 subtítulos. Todas as colunas são cdo tipo, porém as colunas 3 e 4 não estão corretamente centralizadas. Qualquer ajuda?
