Destaque realisticamente o título e a numeração do teorema

Recentemente eu descobri issopostagem incrível sobre destaque de texto legal em LaTeXe a resposta correspondente de @Antal Spector-Zabusky. Eu quero implementar esse destaque em minhas notas de aula. Em particular, tenho vários ambientes definidos (como definição, observação e proposição) (usando mdframede amsthm).

Em particular, observe que a "aleatoriedade" no destaque é removida (é apenas uma caixa transparente ao redor de "Satz"). Também quero que o destaque ocupe todo o título (Satz, numeração, nome).

Este é um problema de expansão. Você precisa expandir o argumento \highlightprimeiro. Aqui está uma maneira de fazer isso. Ele define uma variante, \Highlightque expande o argumento primeiro. (É claro que existem outras maneiras, por exemplo, usando \expandafter.)
