Como posso reproduzir um estilo de bibliografia com o biblatex?

Perdi várias horas e tentei muitas coisas, mas ainda não consigo encontrar a combinação perfeita que o editor de uma revista deseja. Aqui está uma foto do estilo necessário:

Como você pode ver na saída, várias coisas não estão corretas. As iniciais dos nomes próprios devem sempre seguir o sobrenome, não deve haver data com o ano da publicação, o ponto final após o ano deve ser uma vírgula, o título do artigo deve estar entre aspas, o separador entre o título e a revista deve haver vírgula. O doi deve ser precedido de “disponível em:” Que estilo é esse? Como posso imitá-lo? Obrigado.

K\oe nig is the author of various books and articles, \parencite[see][ for an example]{koe1}, \cite{boiral_2006}.

Some citation alternative uses: \citeauthor{koe1} says in \citeyear{koe1}, this is what is expected. Does foot citation possibility work \footcite{simon_1996}?

Observe como tive que remover os colchetes ao redor do número do problema, redefinindo a forma como o número do problema é listado:

Espero que isso ajude alguém. Levei vários dias para obter esse resultado.
