Geralmente, dividir a página em blocos ou quadros retangulares e, em seguida, preenchê-los com texto padronizado e variáveis macro é o caminho usual a seguir.
Porém, dois nomes, uma data e um conjunto de itens (orações/motivos) constituem a estrutura de uma entrada bibliográfica, o que sugere a ideia de usar o biblatex e seu poder de modelo de dados: ... cada causa sendo uma entrada bibliográfica, com razão conjuntos sendo por entrada:
