Este código não está produzindo nenhuma figura (nem está mostrando erro). Eu usei wrapfig
o pacote também. Por favor ajude!!

Como o "problema" é um ambiente conflitante que impede a colocação de figuras ali, e a "figura envolvente" é colocada no início dos parágrafos, você pode fornecer um parágrafo falso com~~\vspace*{-\baselineskip}
