O problema vem do cabeçalho, não do título, o que é bom. Sem alterar a classe, você pode expandir a altura da cabeça no preâmbulo e o aviso desaparecerá. (Não é necessário carregar o pacote xcolor. Ele já está incluso na classe).
A aula é feita sob medida para o evento. Talvez você deva enviar um comentário aos organizadores, pois o mesmo problema afetará outros participantes igualmente observadores.
