Estou tentando adicionar esta imagem de duas colunas no topo desta página; no entanto, ele aparece abaixo do texto.

Sem o [!] a imagem vai para a próxima página, e com [H] \usepackage{float}a imagem não aparece de jeito nenhum. Qualquer ajuda é muito apreciada, obrigado!
