Como faço para colocar dois autores na última posição e concatenar seus nomes com um “&” ou “e” para enfatizar sua contribuição igual naquela obra? Observe que um autor tem uma afiliação adicional (coautor V vs coautor VI); caso contrário, eu usaria apenas uma \authortag e incluiria duas, por exemplo \author[2]{co-author IV & co-author V}%\fnref{fn4}}.
