Baixei um modelo C e estou usando-o para escrever meu currículo. Na seção "experiência profissional", decidi adicionar uma linha em negrito para \textbfcategorizar a experiência sob a habilidade transferível relevante adquirida. No primeiro rSubsectiondo meu currículo (veja Gerenciamento de projetos), funcionou. Na segunda rSubsectionconforme mostrado abaixo (Habilidades técnicas), a primeira \textbflinha me dá um erro. O segundo (trabalho em equipe) funciona muito bem!

O código OP é uma versão modificada (adicionando um rSectionambiente) de umcódigo fornecido por Steven B. Segletesem resposta aComo desabilitar a lista na rSubsection?.
No código vinculado, você pode inserir textos ou tabelas no rSubsectionambiente. Não só \item.
Mas a primeira coisa no rSubsectionambiente precisa ser um arquivo \item.
Você pode ocultar o marcador no item da lista com \item[].
Para evitar que todos fiquem em negrito, adicionei um \normalfontno código do rSectionambiente.
Também removi as definições de \namesize, \addressskipe \nameskipnão usadas no código OP.
O OP perdeu, \usepackage{ifthen}então eu adicionei (necessário para \ifthenelse).
