Na minha última pergunta, precisei de ajuda com o tcolorbox para criar um "título" para minha caixa na margem esquerda (e girado 90 graus). A solução foi ótima, mas em alguns casos, como no meu MWE abaixo, os “títulos” funcionam juntos.

Não sei praticamente nada sobre tcolorbox e estou apenas um pouco familiarizado com novos ambientes e novos comandos em LaTeX, então tentei adicionar algumas coisas:
\small
e alguns outros tamanhos de fonte para o seguinte:
{\small{\itshape #1}}
Mas como não sei onde alterar o tamanho da fonte das caixas, não tenho certeza de como proceder.

Fiz algumas mudanças no mytitleestilo. O título agora abrange toda a altura do texto da caixa. Caso você saiba de antemão que a altura da caixa seria pequena, você pode configurá-la manualmente para um valor suficientemente grande para que o título seja renderizado corretamente (veja a 2ª e a 3ª caixas neste exemplo).
