E recebo o erro:

Tento usar o xpf, mas não funciona nesse caso. Como traçar este gráfico?

Com o seu código, não recebo o aviso (é um aviso, não um erro).

Sua mensagem de aviso contémAviso do pacote pgfplots: (...) na linha de entrada 464., mas não temos 464 (ou mais) linhas no seu código (apenas 80 linhas).

Se eu criar seu arquivo nomeado solution_a=5_n=1.csv(e suprimir as 3 linhas com apenas "." em vez de dois números separados por vírgula, veja o extrato abaixo)

e corrijo alguns erros de digitação ( \begin{figure}[h]adicionei o que estava faltando \e substituí ytick={0, 0.2, 0.4; 0.6; 0.8; 1.0; 1.2},por ytick={0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2},conforme necessário ,em vez de ;),

Então, com o código que você forneceu e as correções que eu disse, o aviso desapareceu (mas a plotagem não é o que você espera, pois faltam coordenadas de x = 1,04 a x = 4,90 e, portanto, a lacuna é vinculada a uma linha reta linha).

Há também outro aviso com o código que você forneceu:Aviso LaTeX: Opções globais não utilizadas: [relatório].É o reportdentro \documentclass[12pt,a4paper,report]{extarticle}. Não conheço essa opção global, qual pacote a utiliza.
