Gere uma tabela dinâmica baseada em TikZ

Estou procurando criar uma tabela 3*x com base no número de perguntas usando TikZ, conforme mostrado na ilustração a seguir.

Eu defini um método e o código é o seguinte:

Quando utilizo o comando ( \createtable{4}) no main.tex, posso gerar a tabela conforme mostrado abaixo.

No entanto, parece ter duas linhas extras. Além disso, quando há muitas perguntas, a tabela se estende além da página. Como posso resolver isto?

Uma macro \tblrbodyé inicializada com \tl_new:N \tblrbody.

O conteúdo é coletado com \tl_build_put_right:Nn. Este processo é iniciado \tl_build_begin:Ne finalizado com \tl_build_end:N. A partir daí, é dada a opção expand=\tblrbodyao tblrambiente onde \tblrbodyé colocado.

O número de linhas depende do número após \int_step_inline:nn.
